Packages are generally dispatched the same day the order is received; however, Holidays and other events i.e. large sales, power outages, server issues, weather, etc. may cause a delay in shipment. Orders received after 2:30 PM EST will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). If you require special handling and or would like your order expedited, please contact us direct at 1-866-202-1313.
Please be aware that our next day shipping option is only for orders received before our 2:30 PM EST cut off. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Please select the delivery option that suits you best. Please be aware that if you require a product next day the order must be placed before 2:30 PM EST so please plan ahead.
SteelFit® stands behind its products quality and efficacy 100%. We will replace any defective product that results from manufacturing defects within 3 days of customer receipt of the package. Customer must notify SteelFit® within 3 days prior to return.
If you are missing an item please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
SteelFit® is not liable for damages resulting from delivery. Customer must contact the shipper and file a claim for damages.
All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including international orders.
Refunds are credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by SteelFit®.
It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
SteelFit® offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SteelFit® products. For products sold on Amazon by Non-Authorized resellers and eBay, SteelFit® will NOT honor our money-back guarantee.
